Junior Materials & Processes Engineer
We are looking for a talented, ambitious, and highly capable Junior Materials & Processes Engineer to join our growing team and work on the development of cutting-edge materials and innovative manufacturing processes.

As a Junior Materials & Processes Engineer, you will work and evolve under the supervision of the Senior Materials & Processes Engineers. You will actively participate in ongoing internal and external projects to develop materials and processes for space applications and affiliated industries that require highly performing advanced lightweight materials, such as energy or automotive industries. The position lays at the border between R&D and innovation/productivity. You will therefore conduct laboratory-scale productions on polymers and composites, planning and analysis of test campaigns, state-of-the-art review and technology screenings, as well as written and oral reporting internal and to customers. Main duties involve hands-on developments: handling raw materials and transforming them into intermediate products or finished goods. You will also work effectively with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders, and therefore must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Your problem-solving and analytical skills must be excellent, and you should be capable of rapidly identifying, reporting and resolving technical issues.

Our ideal candidate is a Materials, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineer, familiar with engineering principles and a strong understanding of materials processing equipment and systems.

You will use both your engineering skills and creativity to leverage Adamant Composites technological capabilities and develop the next generation of cutting-edge materials and innovative manufacturing processes!

The position is a full-time employment contract and is based in Patras, Greece.
